Analysis
Current eating patterns, sleep, work schedule, dietary sensitivities, gut health, meal preferences and body goals are explored with a member of the Elite BRS team.
Weeks 1-4
Presentation
Elite BRS returns with a proposed strategy based on the initial diagnostic call. Clients review and modify the plan and recipes boards.
Weeks 5-8
tIME & sPACE
Daily routines and time tables are fleshed out, along with three environmental determinants of long-term success.
Weeks 5-8
fITNESS roUTINE
Clients share their current exercise routine. Elite BRS returns with a fitness strategy to complement or accelerate their body recomposition goals.
Weeks 9-12
GUT BIOME killers
Pervasive yet debilitating food products and ingredients, along with naturopathic detox and gut reset strategies are reviewed with clients.

MACRO MASTERY
